Beautiful and detailed rose glass earrings. These roses are made all from glass, the red glass is shiny and slightly muted red. These beautiful flowers are glued to a nickel free silver plate ear stud and comes with a wide flanged post back to keep these straight in your ear. There are no words to describe these beautiful earrings. They are thin, about as thick as a US nickel, so they are not very heavy in your ear. Perfect gift.
To make these rose earrings is kind of a science experiment! The glass is formed in a candy mold and placed into the kiln to make a strong and solid piece. The ear studs are glued to the glass roses. The ear studs are silver plate and nickel free. The pushback on the post rose earrings have a flange to keep them from drooping on your ears. This red glass is not a vibrant cherry red but more of a muted light red. It reminds me more of an orange red. The glass is polished and very shiny.
This is hand made and designed by me in my home smoke free studio. Measurements may vary slightly due to being hand measured and the organic nature of the glass, however I try to be as accurate as possible.
