Fused glass suncatcher with an embossed fish. The background is transparent cobalt blue glass. The fish is embossed into the glass during the kiln firing process. The fish are 2 different sizes and the fin's are different shape. The embossing on these window hangers is very detailed from the stripes in the fins, scales, to the eye and mouth. These are made from 2 pieces of glass and 2 metal hangers are fused inbetween the glass for strength and security.
Large fish: 4" wide, 3 3/4" tall (without the metal hangers or the leather) embossed fish measures 3 1/2" long. The metal hanger is 1/4".
small fish: 3 1/4" wide, 2 1/2 " tall (without the metal hanger or the leather), embossed fish measures 2 1/2" long. The metal hanger is 1/4".
These are made and designed by me in my personal smoke free studio and all tied up with thin leather tied to the metal hanger. They are made and ready to ship!
Measurement's may vary slightly due to the organic nature of the glass, and being hand measured. I try to be as accurate as possible.
